Students created fantastic creature by assembled KAIROBOT Kit and used brilliant material to decorate their precious robot!!!!!!!!!!

Exhibition for Creative Robot Models using KAIROBOT Kit - 1

Students extended their imagination and knowledge using KAIROBOT Kit for creativity category. 2 or 3 students as a team had showed off their gunius through National Student Robot Competition. They choose one subject among robot for disaster, useful robot in our life and robot for an aging society. Let's enjoy their fabulous outcome.

Tip for Bursting Balloon or another mode with KaiRider

* This is an example. You can put the guard line around the map. As picture shows, you can arrange the lamp to make it stop after bursting balloon. *



* You can see the lamp at the end point with sponge to reduce the impact.
For KaiRider Class, you can use extra loading board for different game.
Actually we have 4 weeks KaiRider program with workbook.*

RoboFest model using KaiRacer_Red

* This is an example to show you that KaiRacer_Red can execute servo motor. If you buy extra package such as servo motor, frame part and so on, you can make this model using KaiRacer_Red.

Bursting Balloon Video for IROC

* This video is just an example to give you an idea how to burst the balloon. There will be two line for the competition. Two model will start to run at the same time and will be the winner who burst the balloon first.

T-shaped Parking Car using Blue Survival motherboard

* This is an example applicated model using blue survival motherboard. Blue Survival Robot has option packs for different grip part. There are Grabbing 3 ball model and Shooting ball model as below,



* Grabbing 3 Ball model : It can grip 4 balls at a time, it may be unstable. :)



* Shooting Ball model : It can shoot the ball.

KRC Line Tracer

* It's a KRC Line Tracer using 2ea DC motor, which comes with KAIROBOT Frame Box. It seems to be faster like a real Line Tracer and it is programmable using KRC Kit. According to model's construction and programming, the speed and running condition can be very different.*

2007 5th Seoul student science robot competition

2007 5th Secoul Student Science Robot Competition held in Duksu Elementary School on 7th Sep. - 9th Sep, 2007. Students from 150 schools took part in Robot Competition, Survival Robot, Program Line Tracer and Non-program Line Tracer cagegories.

It's Non-program Line Tracer competition on 1st day.


* As you see the picture above, you can contol the Photo TR using variable resistor. So you can stop KaiRider on the map using Torch flash. *


* This is the map for KaiRider and there is a torch flash at the end point. *


* After starting, KaiRider should stop at END point. There is a torch flash at end point on the map. *

5th Seoul Student Science Robot Competition on 2nd day

It's Program Line Tracer category for Middle and High School students.
They will get award from Seoul Education Ministry. :)

Survival Robot Play Ground and Mega ball

You can see the red ball in the middle of play ground. This picture shows you the setting image for starting the match. Each survival robot should be placed in the square on the paly ground and 4 yellow balls should be placed behind of survival robot. The place is aleady marked on the play ground. Mega ball (placed in the middle on the low fence) is red ball and has 3 points!!!! For IROC, there are 2 matches for team play and individual play.

Non-program Line Tracer (KaiRider)

This is the correct way to attach pins on the KaiRider for IROC category. I attached double sided tape on it and had the pin bent to adjust the place of a balloon. Your student will get 4 pins and need to attach the pin using elastic tape or glue gun and so on to burst the balloon.



This is an example to show you that this way is not correct to attach the pin.
As you can see, the surface where the pins are attached is soldered. So it may occur "short-circuit " between the soldered point and pins. The student should be very careful.

Seoul student science robot competition on 3rd day - 3

Let's indulge with student's strategy to compete with other team.
They have to have lots of practice for how to control the robot properly and at the same time they have to think about how to move and where they need to put the ball. The Mega Ball(Red ball) is another key point for match point (3points ball) at this competition.

For the grip part, you can use your imagenation using different frame parts or another material for the competition.
